Under limited supervision, but following established policies and procedures, supporting the completion, accuracy, and ongoing administration of post-closing mortgage and consumer loan activities. Ensures required documentation is obtained, processed, and delivered in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with internal procedures, investor requirements, and records management standards. Processes loan advances and payments including loan payoffs. Provides professional, timely and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include; maintaining lending department specific files, typing routine letters and memos, preparing correspondence in final form, maintaining files and records, and completing special projects as assigned.
