About The Position

To control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days they are delinquency/early stages of collections, in accordance with all government regulations. To provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss.

Requirements

• Experience in a call center production environment.
• Experience with auto-dialers and inbound calls.
• Experience in early stage collections (1-30 days late).
• Computer literate, with ability to work with Excel, Office Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Competent and well-spoken.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to level with members.
• Ability to provide empathy to members.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to overcome objections.

• Fast-paced call center environment experience.
• Experience with aggressive goals.

Responsibilities

• Control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts within the first 30 days of delinquency.
• Adhere to all government regulations.
• Provide member financial counseling.
• Mitigate loss.
• Make 80-120+ outbound calls per day.
• Receive inbound calls.
