About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Mortgage Closer to support the loan closing process across multiple channels. In this role, you will help ensure mortgage loans close accurately and on time while delivering excellent customer service to clients and partners. This position is ideal for someone with mortgage industry experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
Mortgage industry experience required; closing experience strongly preferred
Understanding of investor requirements and regulatory standards (including TRID)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer-service mindset with a passion for helping people achieve homeownership goals
Encompass or similar mortgage systems

Nice To Haves

Experience with loan closing and funding is a plus
Title experience is welcome

Responsibilities

Prepare and balance Initial and Final Closing Disclosures
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the closing process
Communicate with internal teams and external partners involved in each transaction
Handle routine phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries
Manage daily work queues and escalate issues when needed
Support funding and loan closing activities
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values and culture
