About The Position

The Mortgage Closer is responsible for the full closing cycle to include preparing closing documents, balancing CDs and work in conjunction with title companies. Additionally, they book, fund, and audit real estate and constructions loans. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of a year of mortgage banking experience. Real estate loan closing and Encompass experience is preferred. A hybrid work schedule may be offered after a minimum of 90 days with FCCU.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of similar or related experience in mortgage (banking, wholesale, or retail)

Nice To Haves

• Real estate loan closing preferred
• Knowledge of Encompass is preferred
