About The Position

Silverwork is seeking experienced Mortgage Business Analysts to join their Client Success team. In this role, you will become an expert in intelligent automation within the mortgage industry. You will work as part of a cross-functional team, translating business requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients into intelligent automation solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communication, gathering requirements, and handling requests. Additionally, you will facilitate agile cycles for the client support team by prioritizing and planning the product backlog, coordinating scrum processes, and writing in-depth documentation. As you develop expertise in the mortgage industry, you will translate industry-specific concepts and provide feedback to improve the Silverwork product. This role also involves mentoring less experienced business analysts and advancing your own business analysis/product management skills within the product management group. You will have the opportunity to identify company improvements in automation and product development. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to contribute, learn, and solve problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Approximately 3 or more years of business analyst experience or experience writing business requirements
  • Experience in the mortgage industry
  • Familiarity with software development cycles
  • Project management experience
  • Experience writing procedures and guides
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, from client to CEO
  • A desire to be a thought leader and mentor for your team and the company
  • A curious mind and excitement for learning
  • Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to achieve results through working collaboratively with others

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients into intelligent automation solutions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for assigned clients, managing all client communication.
  • Gather requirements from clients.
  • Handle client requests.
  • Facilitate agile cycles for the client support team by prioritizing and planning the product backlog.
