About The Position

Bank of Utah is seeking a Mortgage Branch Receptionist to work Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00 at our Branch located at 475 East Main St. Suite B Price, UT. This role is responsible for answering and transferring customer phone calls, providing assistance and direction to customers both internal and external, and performing various clerical duties as needed. Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• Must be exceptional at Customer Service over the telephone and in person
• Professionalism is key for making good first impressions on customers

Responsibilities

• Operates telephone system and transfers incoming calls to employees, ensuring communication links between customers and bank employees.
• Acts as receptionist, greeting and offering direction to customers/visitors, and assisting them with their Mortgage Banking needs.
• Performs various clerical functions as directed by the Branch Manager, which may include coordinating bill paying, initial data entry in mortgage software, filing, typing word documents, assisting loan officers/originators with marketing tools, coordinating mail distribution, ordering office supplies, assisting processors with basic duties like telephone certifications, and other assigned duties.
