About The Position

Requirements

• Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months
• Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all of your leads
• Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Associate or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union

Responsibilities

• Automate 70% of your workflow
• Eliminate underwriting
• Focus on building relationships and closing deals
• Nurturing your client pipeline and identifying new opportunities
• Guiding clients step-by-step through their application
• Integrating Equifax soft credit checks
• Automatically requesting the correct documents from clients
• Handling compliance and FINTRAC reporting
• Client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings
• Keeping referral partners informed with automatic status updates
