About The Position

We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals with experience in the mortgage industry to join our team as Mortgage Brokers. Requirements

• Track record of sales as a Banker, Broker, or a Mobile Mortgage Specialist.
• Experience as a Mortgage Underwriter is also considered.
• Ability to establish and foster relationships with clients.
• Ability to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep current with market changes.
• History of delivering an extraordinary client experience with a focus on results.
• Ability to anticipate underwriters’ requirements for conditions.
• Ability to manage multiple client files and ensure timely closings.
• Understanding of the levels of risk associated with mortgage loans.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending and financial products.
• Intermediate MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Slack.
