About The Position

This role involves assisting with daily office activities, managing department calendars and schedules, preparing for meetings, and arranging travel. The position also includes reviewing invoices, running department reports, tracking inventory, processing supply orders, answering phones, filing paperwork, and coordinating office errands and events. A key responsibility is assisting with light loan processing and loan file completion, as well as supporting the loan officer in various functions. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 year experience as an administrative assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities
