About The Position

Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere. We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and purposes. We are currently looking for a Moroccan Arabic teacher for one of our clients in Jersey City, NJ. The course is a General, one-to-one format with a total of 24 hours (12 x 2-hour lessons). Lessons are two hours long and can take place at the teacher's office/home or a public location in Jersey City. The student is a beginner, aged 35-44, and the motivation for learning is to better understand the culture and interact with people during travel. The ideal schedule is once per week, ideally on Monday at 6pm or 6:30pm. The position starts as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Native Moroccan Arabic speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter.
• Valid work permit/visa.
• Live within 20 miles of Jersey City, NJ.
• Submit CV with references (if available).
• Provide availability.
• Provide earliest possible start date.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in teaching general Moroccan Arabic to beginners.

Responsibilities
