About The Position

Waters Edge Lodge is currently seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech for the day shift. Pay Rate- $23.80 per hour. Waters Edge Lodge is a licensed assisted living community nestled in a unique and peaceful setting on the lagoon of Harbor Bay. Our 100 apartments provide a warm and familiar atmosphere where residents can maintain an independent and active lifestyle. We offer an extensive list of programs and activities, creating a stimulating social atmosphere where friendships develop and thrive. We are a pet friendly community, residents may have animals in their private apartments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 12 months experience or equivalent education in the healthcare environment
• Ability to speak English clearly to elderly residents
• Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
• current COVID19 vaccination
• Routine COVID tests
• Physical TB test
• Fingerprint clearance from the FBI & Dept. of Justice

Nice To Haves

• Residents may have animals in their private apartments
