Requirements
- One or more years of kitchen experience
- Consistently ensures the highest standards of service in attaining guest satisfaction and profitability
- Creative, organized, innovative and even tempered personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and measuring according to recipes and chef instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and sanitation standards
- Label and store food items properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Assist with basic cooking tasks and restock supplies to support the kitchen team during service.
