As a Morning Baker / Crew Member, you'll keep our bakery moving, make every box look incredible, and help our first guests start their day on a sweet note. No professional baking experience? We'll teach you. Bring your reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to jump in.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
Have reliable transportation for early starts.
Be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Friday and Saturday availability is required.
Consistent, year-round availability and dependable arrival for a 6 AM start are essential.

Responsibilities

Handle food preparation, dough mixing, and baking for our rotating weekly menu.
Bring attention to detail to cookie decorating and packaging.
Complete opening duties so ingredients, equipment, and workstations are ready to go.
Deliver friendly customer service, take orders, and process payments.
Follow food safety standards and keep your workspace clean and organized.
Stay ahead of restocking and use time management to keep production moving.
Bring teamwork and clear communication to every busy shift.
