MSOSV is seeking a Montessori Teacher / Assistant Teacher (Primary Ages 3–6) who brings more heart, hustle, and genuine love for children than a long list of credentials. Requirements

- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and patient, nurturing presence
- 12+ ECE units (or the willingness to complete them — we’ll support you)
- Genuine interest in Montessori education and a desire to become a future Primary Lead Guide
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a child-centered approach
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children ages 3–6 is preferred
- Montessori experience is welcome but not required. We’re happy to train and mentor the right person who is passionate about learning and growing within the Montessori philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Guide in creating a calm, beautiful, and engaging Montessori environment for children ages 3–6
- Build meaningful relationships with children, helping them develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning
- Observe children’s development and contribute to classroom documentation
- Model grace, courtesy, and respectful communication every day
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team of senior educators
- Take on increasing responsibilities as you grow toward becoming a Lead Guide
- Learn from hands-on mentorship and professional development activity
