About The Position

Silverline Montessori is seeking a Lead Primary Montessori Teacher to join their team. This role involves developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, planning engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assessing and documenting student progress. The position offers a supportive environment, education incentives, and career development programs. The teacher will help lead innovative learning activities, ensure the safety and well-being of children, monitor their progress, and create a harmonious environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred
2-5 years prior experience working in a certified child development center
Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
