About The Position

Sub Teacher Source is hiring flexible, dependable Montessori Substitute Teachers in Raleigh, North Carolina, to provide classroom coverage when regular educators are unavailable. The role is part-time and on-call, with assignments available Monday through Friday and particularly high demand on Mondays and Fridays. Substitute Teachers help ensure students continue receiving a quality education by following lesson plans, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and adapting to different schools and grade levels. The position offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and the possibility of accepting multiple assignments throughout the week.

Requirements

• At least 30 college credit hours.
• Experience working with children in a classroom setting.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Dependable, flexible, and punctual.

Nice To Haves

• Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience.
