Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least one of the following supporting monitoring tools Splunk SiteScope Catchpoint
A minimum of 4 years of experience with of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.
Associate degree

Responsibilities

Support of Dynatrace Managed including the deployment, instrumentation and leveraging the tool as an Application Performance Monitoring capability
Utilize monitoring tools such as – Splunk, SiteScope, Catchpoint
Work with OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.
Application/network performance and availability monitoring
N-Tier Architecture supporting a multitude of products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.)
Link business context to technical reality
Communicate and influence across multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders
