We are seeking a Monitoring Center Technician / Engineer to monitor and support mission-critical power infrastructure, including substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Distribution Statis Synchronous Compensator (DSTATCOM), Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), solar facilities, UPS systems, and power quality equipment. This role serves as the first line of operational awareness and response, ensuring system reliability and rapid escalation of critical events. This is a hybrid position with a combination of on-site and remote work responsibilities. The successful candidate must be able to report to the Remote Monitoring Center as scheduled and during critical operational events, while also supporting monitoring activities remotely when authorized. Work schedules may include rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage to support continuous 24/7 operations.
