Opened in 2007, JYL Transportation started with just one vehicle and one driver. Over the years, word of the Company's excellent customer service spread, allowing it to grow to a fleet of over 30 vehicles.

JYL Transportation operates in Central and Western Massachusetts and includes a diverse fleet, many of which have wheelchair accessibility.

Requirements

• Age 19+
• Ability to pass a background check, CORI & SORI

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients behavior to provide appropriate guidance, feedback, and direction when necessary.
• Safely assist clients as needed. This includes helping them enter and exit the vehicle, using the vehicle’s lap and shoulder belts, and safely securing them in car seats and booster seats.
• Communicate effectively and clearly in (English) with clients, parents, program staff, and JYL staff.

Benefits

• Starting rate is $18/hr, increasing to $18.54 as of August 24th
• Potential for full time hours
• Shifts in between 6:00am-8:00pm (example: exact hours depend on assigned route)
