About The Position
The Monitor Tech’s primary functions are to monitor, report, and document the cardiac rhythm of Critical Care and Telemetry adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. The work is performed in compliance with the established policies of the health care system and reflects the philosophy of the hospital as well as the mission of the department of nursing.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) with American Heart Association (AHA) required
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of cardiac rhythms preferred
