About The Position
We currently have an opening for a Afternoon Molding Supervisor position. This position will be based in our new Sterling Heights, MI plant and will report to the Production Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and communication skills. The individual must be able to work overtime when required. This position will be required to provide leadership on the production floor to ensure a high level of safety, productivity, and morale. This position is a key player in helping to affect necessary changes/improvements on an on-going basis.

Nice To Haves
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience
- Strong background working in injection molding
