About The Position

This position involves operating injection molding presses and performing various secondary tasks. The role requires material handling, operating assembly and production equipment, and handling, assembling, and inspecting products. Quality control and adherence to ISO procedures are essential. The operator will also prepare and pack parts for shipping, follow work instructions, and maintain good attendance and flexibility. This role may involve training others and performing duties in other departments as needed.

Ability to operate Injection Molding Presses
Ability to perform secondary/value-added tasks within cycle times
Ability to perform floor work/material handling duties
Ability to operate various assembly, production equipment, and hand tools
Ability to handle, assemble, and inspect product and parts
Ability to perform quality inspections and follow ISO procedures
Ability to prepare and pack parts for material handling/shipping
Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures
Ability to complete various forms and reports
Ability to rotate into other departments
Ability to work with co-workers in a safe, professional, and cooperative manner
Ability to maintain good attendance and flexibility
