About The Position

Dynomax, a family-owned company established in 1986, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and developing high-precision machined components, injection molding and tooling, sub-assemblies, automated work cells, specialty machines, and machine tool spindles. We are looking for a Molding Operator to become part of our 1st Shift manufacturing team. This role involves operating machinery, inspecting and trimming parts, and performing insert molding.

Requirements

• Proficient in counting, adding, and subtracting numbers.
• Ability to inspect parts under a microscope.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand directions given in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Collect parts from machines on an hourly basis and remove scrap pieces from the collection pan.
• Complete paperwork at each machine and attach traceability tickets when collecting finished parts.
• Inspect parts to determine which are ready for shipment and which require secondary operations.
