Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years’ production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and adjust molding and related production equipment according to established procedures.
Assemble components into finished devices and inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
Package and label finished products accurately, verifying work orders and specifications.
Perform troubleshooting and make basic equipment or process adjustments as needed.
Rotate between roles such as molder operator, setup, and final packaging to support team operations.
Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards, and all safety guidelines.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Collaborate with team members, assist with cross-training, and support continuous improvement efforts.
