Mold Setup & Automation Technician — Injection Molding
About The Position
Join a growing, clean, and safety-first injection molding team Foreman Tool and Mold is expanding and seeking experienced Process Technicians and Set Up Technicians to support production of automotive and switch components. Why you’ll thrive here Clean, safe plant with Monday–Friday operations. Stable work with 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities (immediate needs on 2nd). Competitive pay: $28–$34/hr depending on experience. What you’ll do Perform mold setups and bring presses to stable process conditions. Program robots and execute start-ups for repeatable, high-quality cycles. Apply strong mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Use blueprint reading to verify specifications and tooling details.
Requirements
- Reliable work habits and focus on safety and quality.
- Prior injection molding experience is required.
- Mechanical troubleshooting ability and blueprint literacy.
