About The Position

This position is responsible for safely removing, installing, and securing molds in injection molding machines. The role involves working with various overhead cranes and connecting/troubleshooting multiple system types. The Mold Setter will also set up and operate auxiliary equipment, utilize knowledge of specific mold components, adjust robotic systems, and ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards.

Requirements

• Experience with 10-ton, 20-ton, and 30-ton overhead cranes.
• Knowledge of water, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with auxiliary equipment such as chillers, thermolators, and heat controllers.
• Understanding of mold cores, valve gate systems, and hot runner controls.
• Ability to adjust robotic systems.
• Knowledge of company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities
