About The Position

The primary responsibility of a Mold Packer is to verify the quality of the product being produced by visually reviewing it for defects and packaging it as it is produced. All tasks must be performed safely and in compliance with all safety and GMP policies. After inspecting the product for defects (training will be provided), the employee will package the product into designated packaging for storage. This involves reading production instructions for quantity and configurations and properly packaging directly onto pallets at the machine. The role requires standing, walking, reaching, and repetitively lifting boxes of up to thirty-five pounds during a twelve-hour shift. This is a fast-paced position best suited for individuals who like to stay busy and do not prefer sedentary tasks. The role involves working with others as a team and independently at times.
