About The Position

This role focuses on the maintenance and operation of mass production molds and machines. Responsibilities include installation, cleaning, troubleshooting, and setting up molding conditions. The position requires operating and understanding molding machine settings, addressing minor issues during the molding process, and performing tasks such as cold jetting and sand blasting molds. Additionally, the role involves organizing and cleaning the work area according to 5S principles and performing other assigned duties. A key physical requirement is the ability to routinely lift objects up to 40 lbs.

• Able to follow schedules and communicate.
• Must be able to routinely lift objects up to 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Well educated in all Vulcanization machines (recommended)
• Past mold set-up and cleaning experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Installing, Cleaning, and Troubleshooting Mass Production molds and machines.
• Setting up molding conditions for MP molds.
• Operating and understanding settings on all molding machines.
• Troubleshooting small problems during molding process.
• Cold Jetting molds as needed.
• Sand blasting molds to schedule or as needed.
• Organizing (5S) and cleaning of area.
• Performing any other duties as assigned.
