Requirements

High School Diploma and working towards Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Safe minded.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

Utilize Solid Modeling CAD software (Creo or Solidworks) to create models, drawings, and bill of materials for plastic injection molds.
Utilize CAD software for part model analyzation, mass properties calculations, and interference checks.
Complete injection and structural foam mold designs from OEM supplied part models.
Ensure mold designs consist of parting line splits, cooling, ejection, and mechanisms that are both cost effective for MSI to manufacture, and robust for customers.
