About The Position

In this role, you will help construct high-quality modular building systems by assembling prefabricated metal components using a variety of tools and equipment. Requirements

  • Good motor vehicle record is required
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs specifically Excel.
  • Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Must be able to perform job responsibilities at heights
  • High mechanical aptitude required

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required
  • 0-2 years of manufacturing or construction experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read blueprints, ISO’s, and other technical documents is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assemble metal modular building structures on welded skids according to job specifications
  • Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions
  • Install siding and prefabricated components as part of the assembly process
  • Prepare weld fittings and assist with fabrication support tasks
  • Safely operate a forklift in accordance with company policies (as needed)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work
  • Support team goals by meeting production deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Perform other duties as assigned
