Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
• Autonomy and ability to work independently

• Ability to learn quickly and navigate complex processes
• 2–3 years of experience in insurance administration or a related field

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes according to agent and client requests
• Communicate with advisors through internal tools (Business Tracker)
• Handle urgent cases in collaboration with internal partners
• Ensure accuracy and quality when processing contract modifications
• Prioritize and manage workload efficiently based on incoming requests
