About The Position

KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security. The Modeling Software Engineer develops and maintains databases, models, and analytical tools supporting intelligence assessments of adversary PNT and satellite systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with database design and web technologies.
• Data integration and visualization experience.
• Active TS/SCI Clearence

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of GNSS systems and space architectures.
• Experience supporting DoD or IC programs.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, GIS tools, and data analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain web-enabled technical databases.
• Develop software tools supporting intelligence analysis and threat characterization.
• Create and maintain digital representations of foreign PNT, SATCOM, and navigation architectures.
• Build analytical models, simulations, and mission-support tools.
• Integrate intelligence data from multiple sources into structured repositories.
• Support collection planning and intelligence exploitation activities.
