About The Position

CHAOS Industries is hiring a Modeling & Simulation Engineer for its Modeling & Simulation team, which develops physics-based models, simulation environments, and analysis tools for designing, integrating, testing, and validating aerospace and defense systems. The supplied posting describes two specializations: Missiles and Radars. For the Missiles specialization, the engineer develops, integrates, and validates dynamic and closed-loop simulations for guided weapons, interceptors, missiles, and related flight vehicles. Work spans trajectory models, 3-DOF and high-fidelity 6-DOF simulations, software-in-the-loop environments, real-time simulations, and hardware-in-the-loop test systems. The role supports vehicle design, GNC and seeker integration, performance analysis, verification, test planning, preflight prediction, and postflight reconstruction. For the Radars specialization, the engineer develops, integrates, and validates radar and RF sensing system models across analytical, behavioral, measurement-level, signal/IQ-level, and closed-loop system fidelities. The engineer partners with radar architecture, RF and antenna, signal processing, tracking, embedded software, systems engineering, test, and product teams. Both specializations emphasize technically sound modeling, validation and correlation against authoritative data, simulation tools and workflows, documentation, and collaboration across engineering disciplines. Experience in every listed area is not expected; candidates with depth in one or more relevant modeling and simulation domains are encouraged to apply.
