Model Server
About The Position
Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel is currently looking for Model Servers to join our team! We're searching for candidates who can develop repeat clientele and establish relationships, book VIP reservations, execute VIP presentations, and provide ongoing table maintenance. You will be responsible for checking and maintaining the proper set-up and cleanliness of the service station before, during, and after your shift. Deliver an amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable. Assist other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
- Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
- Be comfortable working in swimwear.
