Requirements

• Master-level proficiency operating and programming Swiss-style lathes
• Strong CNC programming skills
• Ability to interpret GD&T specifications and hold tight tolerances independently
• Advanced metrology skills for in-process inspection
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality on every part produced
• Disciplined about maintaining accurate setup sheets, tool offset logs, and inspection records
• Strong organizational skills, manages tooling, fixtures, and job priorities without prompting
• A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the flexibility to support shifting production priorities.
• Solid teamwork and clear communication

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain machining processes utilizing cutting edge machine tools such as Swiss Style Lathes, Single and Multi-Turret Lathes, and 3 to 5 axis Milling centers.
• Working closely with R&D on microwave applications, influence designs for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Ensure design for manufacturability.
• Facilitate release and support production.
