About The Position

The Industrial Design team is looking for an experienced Finisher to join our model making team. In this role, you will craft high-quality appearance models and physical mock-ups that bring design concepts to life, supporting the evaluation and communication of industrial design directions, forms, and product ideas. Finishers are skilled craftspeople responsible for delivering exceptional cosmetic hand finishing and painting on high-fidelity appearance models. They bring precision, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail to every stage of model assembly, while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative design environment. Requirements

• Strong hand finishing skills.
• Experience with a wide range of materials and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice To Haves

• 3–5 years of experience in product model making or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency finishing plastics and metals across surface types (high polish to fine matte).
• Strong portfolio and demonstrated initiative (for candidates with fewer years of experience).
