About The Position

Creates, integrates, and applies interdisciplinary digital models of products from concept throughout the product lifecycle. Applies advanced advisory skills and extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge, develops innovative solutions to complex problems, works without considerable direction, and mentors and may supervise team members. The role involves systems engineering analysis and products for Department of War or government systems or capabilities, and developing enterprise or mission architectures using UAF modeling. The position requires a Secret clearance and a bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for DoW or government systems or capabilities.
• At least 2 years of experience using Cameo.
• Experience developing enterprise or mission architectures using the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) modeling language.
• Ability to critically think through the use of mission architectures and mission engineering threads to inform analysis and generate assessments concerning alternatives analysis, cause and effect, or capability gap identification.
• Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• OMG Certified Systems Model Professional (OCSMP) Certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Model-Based Verification and Validation.
• Experience with MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical risks and issues, develop technical reports, and collaborate with government and other stakeholders to implement recommended solutions.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• INCOSE SE Certification.
