About The Position

Burrow Global is seeking to hire a MOC Field Project Engineer for a 6-month assignment with a chemical plant in Pasadena, TX. This role involves reviewing and verifying MOC (Management of Change) requests, ensuring P&ID and equipment specification updates are accurate, and managing project documentation to close out MOC folders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a refinery environment dealing with and managing MOC requests.
• Ability to communicate and interact with other disciplines.
• Proficient project coordination and management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret company policies, regulatory guidelines, and other work-related documentation.
• Ability to abide by confidentiality requirements when working with sensitive information, results, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing MOC requests to confirm they have been completed.
• Verifying P&ID updates.
• Completing / verify data sheets.
• Verify equipment specification sheets updates.
• Update documents.
• Update engineering drawings.
• Gather remaining data to close out a project MOC folder.
