About The Position

The Mobility Operations Rotational Program is designed for recent college graduates to gain exposure within different parts of the business through rotations in several departments for the first three years of their career. Upon completion of the program, participants will have developed a broad set of technical skills while providing solutions to projects across the organization. These rotational roles may require the selected candidate to relocate and/or travel for their position. The program is currently seeking an individual focused on digitalization and automation, aiming to improve business processes and performance through data analysis and problem-solving. This role involves collaborating with various teams across manufacturing plants to analyze business processes and develop digital solutions for displaying and optimizing results. Subsequently, the individual will work across functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, capacity planning, and engineering to implement these tools and drive their adoption.

Requirements

  • Graduating with a bachelor's degree between June 2026 and December 2026 in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or other business-related degree with a clear technical interest.
  • Open to potential relocation during some or all of the rotations.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Experience in Process industry supported by SAP as ERP system.
  • Ideally experience in Production Planning, Scheduling or Material planning.
  • Highly self-motivated individuals possessing strong communication skills.
  • Desire to be a future leader.
  • Aspire to gain exposure to multiple facets of business to better acquire an appropriate foundation of knowledge.
  • Operate with a high level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, takes initiative/self-directed.
  • Provide evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust.
  • History of consistently demonstrating innovative thinking.
  • Must have the necessary work authorization to be employed in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future (including F1 OPT and H1-B statuses).

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of capacity planning tools, optimize their efficiency and accuracy, and utilize these tools to drive business decisions when quoting new opportunities.
  • Enhance supply chain planning processes to optimize production schedules, reduce inventory and improve product delivery metrics (e.g. OTIF).
  • Partner with various departments within manufacturing to drive a continuous improvement mindset to improve operational efficiency, increase productivity and reduce waste in processes.
  • Analyze business processes and develop digital solutions to display and optimize results.
  • Implement tools and drive their adaptation across various functions including manufacturing, supply chain, capacity planning, and engineering.
