Global Mobility Advisor for Supporting Global Workforce Mobility & Immigration in heavylift and transport projects. Working at Rosharon, TX. You'll be responsible for helping employees legally work around the world while creating an exceptional employee experience from beginning to end. No pressure. Requirements

Higher Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, Legal Studies, Global Mobility, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
5+ years of progressive experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, International HR, or Corporate Mobility.
Experience managing high-volume employment-based immigration cases from initiation through completion.
Experience supporting a multinational organization with employees working across multiple countries.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Experience managing or supporting U.S. Immigration L-1A and L-1B visas

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employment-based immigration processes.
Advise leaders on visa strategy, eligibility, timelines and risks.
Coordinate international assignments and cross-border employee transfers.
Manage business travel compliance and international work authorization requirements.
Partner with outside immigration counsel on complex immigration cases.
Prepare and organize immigration documentation with exceptional accuracy.
Track immigration deadlines and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Communicate proactively with employees throughout every stage of the immigration process.
Research evolving immigration regulations and recommend practical business solutions.
Identify process improvements that simplify the employee experience.
Support relocation and mobility programs across multiple countries.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal and Operations to ensure global compliance.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining outstanding customer service.
