About The Position

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a proven track record in advanced wound care to join their Mobile Wound Care Division. This role involves delivering comprehensive wound care directly to patients in their homes and local facilities, utilizing the latest evidence-based therapies and technologies. The position offers greater clinical autonomy, the opportunity to evaluate and manage complex wound cases, and the chance to mentor less experienced providers. The role also involves contributing to clinical quality initiatives and process improvements across multiple states, as NIVA Health serves over 50,000 patients with a focus on non-invasive solutions and a forward-thinking clinical model.

Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator and natural team leader
• Commitment to innovation and quality care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
