Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Valid DEA license.
- Strong independence, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Wound Care Certification (preferred, with CEUs provided if needed within 90 days of hire).
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level, advanced wound care including allografting, surgical debridement, and management of chronic, non-healing wounds.
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team for seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes.
- Enjoy autonomy as you travel to patient homes, creating your own rhythm of patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records for assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and stay current with leading-edge wound care techniques.
