About The Position
NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong background in advanced wound care to join their Mobile Wound Care Division. This role offers significant clinical autonomy, allowing the provider to deliver comprehensive wound care using evidence-based therapies and technologies directly to patients in their homes and local facilities. The position involves managing complex cases, mentoring other providers, contributing to quality initiatives, and maintaining EMR documentation in a mobile setting. Requirements
- Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
- Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator and natural team leader
- Commitment to innovation and quality care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
