About The Position

NIVA Health is seeking an established Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a proven track record in advanced wound care to join their Mobile Wound Care Division. This role involves delivering comprehensive wound care using evidence-based therapies and technologies directly to patients in their homes and local facilities. The position offers greater clinical autonomy, a pivotal role in evaluating and managing complex wound cases, and the opportunity to mentor less experienced providers and contribute to clinical quality initiatives and process improvements across multiple states. Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator and natural team leader
• Commitment to innovation and quality care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to drive optimal healing
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
