About The Position

NIVA Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a proven track record in advanced wound care to join their Mobile Wound Care Division. This role involves delivering comprehensive wound care directly to patients in their homes and local facilities, utilizing evidence-based therapies and technologies. The position offers greater clinical autonomy, the opportunity to evaluate and manage complex wound cases, and the chance to mentor less experienced providers. The role also contributes to clinical quality initiatives and process improvements across multiple states. Requirements

• Experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP)/Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid license
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced wound care across diverse populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Effective communicator and natural team leader
• Commitment to innovation and quality care
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings
• Apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to drive optimal healing
• Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
