Full-Time Mobile Veterinarian
About The Position
Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is hiring a full-time mobile veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families in Phoenix, Peoria, Queen Creek, Glendale, Mesa, Goodyear, Arizona, and surrounding areas. The role offers an alternative to in-clinic practice, with flexible schedules, an average of three to four appointments per day, and time for unhurried visits with families. Veterinarians practice independently while receiving comprehensive onboarding, personalized mentorship, access to experienced leaders, and support from a 24/7/365 Support Center. Three-, four-, and five-day full-time schedules are available, as well as part-time opportunities. Compensation depends on schedule: four-day positions start at $107,500, and five-day positions have a $130,000 base salary, with additional bonus opportunities. Three-day opportunities have prorated compensation.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), VMD, or BVMS degree.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Subject to a background check and motor vehicle record check after hire and before the associated start date.
