About The Position

We are seeking a Mobile User Acquisition Specialist (project-based, freelance) to drive the growth of our mobile app through managed, data-driven user acquisition initiatives. This role is responsible for all aspects of paid user acquisition from strategy through execution while optimizing performance metrics and ensuring strong ROI. You will work cross-functionally with internal partners and external agencies, leveraging analytics and market insights to scale campaigns and achieve ambitious growth targets.

Requirements

• Analytics Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience working with and optimizing app unit economics.
• Platform Mastery: Practical experience driving results on Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and Facebook.
• Attribution Knowledge: Strong working experience with AppsFlyer and a deep understanding of the nuances of mobile attribution, particularly iOS attribution and SKAdNetwork (SKAN).
• Creative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize creative growth ideas and work effectively with designers to bring them to life.
• Language Skills: Upper-intermediate (B2) level of English or higher, Russian language is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Take the lead on launching, managing, and scaling user acquisition campaigns across major mobile networks (Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, and various in-app networks).
• Unit Economics Ownership: Drive the optimization of app unit economics. You will be responsible for analyzing key metrics and strategically improving LTV, CAC, and user retention indicators.
• Budget Allocation: Autonomously distribute and manage UA budgets to ensure we hit or exceed targeted revenue goals.
• Growth Experimentation: Design and execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks across creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency and lower acquisition costs.
• Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with our design teams, providing performance data and insights to guide the production of high-converting creative assets.
• Performance Insights & Reporting: Maintain visibility on campaign KPIs, delivering actionable performance insights and collaborating with data analysts on deep-dive research as needed.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape to proactively identify opportunities that improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates.
• Agency Collaboration: Partner with our existing external agency, providing strategic guidance and evaluating their deliverables to ensure complete alignment with our growth objectives.
