Lancaster County is seeking a dedicated Mobile Therapist (MT) to provide individualized therapeutic services to children, youth, and families in their homes, schools, and community settings. The Mobile Therapist delivers evidenceâbased clinical interventions, completes assessments, and develops treatment plans that support emotional regulation, skill-building, family engagement, and overall mental health stability. In this role, the MT works collaboratively with families, treatment team members, and community partners to ensure comprehensive, strengthsâbased care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, flexible, and skilled in providing therapy in a variety of realâworld environments to meet children and families where they are. Availability for up to 40 hours; flexible hours. Position offers weekly pay and activity reimbursement.
