Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Valid security license and driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficient in report writing and basic computer applications.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
  • Capability to respond to emergencies quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure client properties’ safety and security
  • Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services
  • Assist dispatch in covering shifts and responding to alarms when needed
  • Maintain accurate daily activity, incident, patrol, and audit reports
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in creating and implementing security protocols
  • Lead and guide a team of mobile security officers, providing training, feedback, and support
  • Foster teamwork and morale among staff
  • Address client concerns and meet their security needs
  • Participate in industry training and development
  • Conduct guard performance reviews and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections and audits
  • Maintain the Lighthouse application and reviews
  • Schedule mobile team shifts
  • Identify and address potential risks, ensuring compliance with security protocols
  • Identify and mitigate security risks during site inspections
