About The Position

Toyota of Naperville Service is seeking dedicated professional individuals to join our team! The Mobile Specialist serves as a key connection between the dealership and our service customers by providing convenient vehicle pick-up and delivery services, maintaining communication throughout the service process, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role combines customer service, logistics, and dealership support to create a seamless service experience.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review
Outstanding punctuality

Nice To Haves

Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments.
Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and document vehicle condition before transport.
Maintain communication with customers regarding pick-up and delivery times.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Service Management to ensure efficient scheduling.
Assist with loaner vehicle exchanges and customer transportation needs.
Ensure customer vehicles are clean, secure, and handled with care.
Support service department operations as needed, including administrative and customer assistance tasks.
Assist customers with basic vehicle feature questions during vehicle return.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle transportation activities.
